Kimya featured in magazine

Another talented Vincentian has received some regional recognition because of her creativity.

This time it’s Vincentian Fashion Designer Kimya Glasgow who is now being featured in the current issue of Shabeau magazine.{{more}}

The layout features the Kimya Glasgow 2006 Collection, which were African inspired casual pieces and silk and linen pieces with jewellery from Kyra Rodney. Glasgow is the first Vincentian designer to have a feature editorial in the prestigious magazine which also featured the models from the Image Modelling Agency and information on the country she is from.

The designer has also showcased her pieces at Fashion Caribbean in St. Vincent, Caribbean Gift and Craft in Barbados and Grenada, and Caribbean Fashion Week in Jamaica.

Shabeau magazine, which is produced in Barbados, is one of the Caribbean’s top publications.
