Atlantis cruises promise greater things to come

Brothers Andrew and Justin Providence are assuring patrons who attended the Atlantis Boat Ride on Sunday, July 10, to the Leeward coast, that they can expect greater things to come.

Main spokesperson and elder brother, Andrew said that the boat ride was organised by Kronic Pleasures Entertainment on the vessel, Jaden T and would be an annual event.{{more}}

He said Vincentians are for most of the year, mainly reggae, dance hall, and hip hop audience, but the concept was aimed at giving patrons of carnival a way to cool down from all the Vincy action. Andrew said that having gone through a period of intense Soca music, visitors were able to see how Vincentians party outside the Soca environment. “From the feedback everyone enjoyed themselves and partied to a wide variety of music. We were definitely happy with the turn out.

There was a total absence of violence and I thank the patrons for partying in such a safe well behaved manner.” Andrew also extended gratitude to all sponsors, and said without their support the Atlantis Boat Ride would not have been a success.

The cruise began at 9 a.m. from the Kingstown harbour and sailed to the Leeward coast and later docked at Richmond beach for a while. They then journeyed back to port Kingstown by 6 p.m.
