7-Up Bundt Cake

You will need:
5 eggs
3 cups flour
3/ 4 lb butter (or 3 sticks)
3 cups sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3/ 4 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage, any brand
Lemon Glaze
1/ 2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp milk

Mix butter and sugar together for about 10 minutes. Add in your eggs one at a time, beating after each is added. Add in flour and lemon juice. Fold in your lemon-lime soda of choice. Pour into well-greased 12 cup Bundt pan and bake at 325 for 1 hr and 15m. or until fully set. Remove from oven and transfer to wire rack to cool, then drizzle your glaze on top.

Tip – For a more lemony flavor, add more lemon juice. If you don’t want it too sweet cup back the sugar to 1 3/4 cups sugar.
