FOGSCO netball title decided

WHEN THE CURTAINS were drawn on the 2018 Vita Malt Friends Of Georgetown Sports and Cultural Organization (FOGSCO) netball tournament, last Sunday night, at the Chili hard court in Georgetown, it was Bucky Auto Shop Attackers that were left the happiest outfit.

Facing off against Ball Warriors in the title decider, Attackers trumped 51-36.

Taking the third spot was LP Girls, who handed Dynamic Girls a 43-34 defeat.

Attackers did not only lift the title, but copped two of the three individual awards, with the recipients being Vasha Adams and Jessica Lavia.

Adams was named the Best Defender, while Lavia was voted the Player of the Final.

Meanwhile, the LP Girls pair of Preanka Williams and Josean Antoine, were the Best Midcourt Player and the Shooter with the Best Average, respectively.

Antoine had an accuracy rate of 92%.
