‘Small Man’ charged with attempted murder

Jomorni ‘Small Man’ Tash,

who is accused of attempted murder, was granted bail when he appeared

at the Serious Offences Court

yesterday.

Tash is charged that on Sunday,

October 14 at Paul’s Avenue, he attempted to murder Jawanza “Sanga” Fraser and on the same day, he had in his possession a firearm.

When Tash appeared at the Serious Offences Court in front Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne-Matthias, he was granted composite bail in the sum of EC$30,000 with one surety.

He was ordered to report to a police station once a week between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., to surrender his travel documents and to have no contact with Fraser. Stop notices have also been placed at all ports.

Tash returns to court on January 24, 2018.

Fraser was shot six times while standing opposite the Avenues Sports Bar in Paul’s Lot.
