A man who was shot at earlier this year at Glen during the same incident in which 10-month-old baby Mozari Lee was killed has found himself on the wrong side of the law.
Monty Hillocks, 36, chauffeur of Belmont, was arrested on Wednesday
December 6 at around 9:50 a.m. at Arnos Vale and charged with being in possession of a 9mm semi-automatic Glock pistol{{more}} without a licence and 14 rounds of 9mm ammunition without a licence.
Hillocks appeared at the Serious Offences Court yesterday and was granted bail in the sum of EC$20,000 by Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne-Matthias.
On Friday, October 7, 2016, Hillocks escaped unhurt when a gunman fired at him and missed, instead hitting Mozari and his parents Mozart Lee and Shelly-Ann Durham.
Two men Richard âShrekâ McFee and Martin âJahsonâ James were later charged with Mozariâs murder and the wounding of his parents.
