Four beauties vie for Miss OSCO
Four young women will vie this evening for the title of Miss OSCO 2013, as carnival action in Owia begins.{{more}}
Miss Osco Pageant 2013 will see competition from Jemelia Nero, sponsored by Vitamalt, Janella Osment, sponsored by Cash Money Auto, Shelly-Anne Ballantyne, sponsored by Das Entertainment-Gold Fever Jouvert Band and Ruth-Ann Bowens, sponsored by SVGTV.
Tonightâs show will also include a calypso show.
Tomorrow morning, there will be JâOuvert with Gold Fever. Then on Saturday afternoon, the T-Shirt Street Party With One Family âDutty Upâ will be held.
The activities climax with a âBang On Sundayâ with a massive river lime at the Owia Big River. Music will be provided by New Sensation Band, New Flava Sounds and Nu Koncept. Platnium sponsors for Owia Carnival are the St Vincent Brewery Limited.
Tickets for this eveningâs show are $10 for adults and $5 for children.
