The children were guests at the 2nd FCCA sponsored Christmas party held at the Rawacou Recreational Park.

The children, along with their parents enjoyed a fun filled afternoon which included soulful pan music by the South East Steel Orchestra, treats which were served by volunteers from the Caribbean Princess Cruises and Santa Claus who handed out gifts to the excited children.

Volunteers from the Princess Cruises helped out during the party and interacted with the children.

Minister of Tourism Glen Beache explained to SEARCHLIGHT that the gifts were donated to the FCCA to be given to underprivileged children.

Beache said that the Social Services Department assisted in selecting the children to receive gifts. The children came from areas on the Windward side of the island.
