Businessman faces charges for cutting police wheel lock clamp off his vehicle

A 50-year-old businessman charged with cutting a clamp off of his vehicle with an unknown object is expected to appear before the Magistrate’s Court today, June 30.

On Sunday June 28, Lennox Jack of Liberty Lodge was arrested and charged for the offence of damage to property.

The incident allegedly occurred on Friday, June 26, at Reclamation Site in Kingstown.

“According to investigations, the accused allegedly, without lawful excuse, damaged one Orange Vehicle Clamp (the Property of the Government of St Vincent and the Grenadines), by cutting the said clamp with an unknown object,” a release from the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) informed.
