Old Montrose man out on $2,000 bail

An Old Montrose man was granted bail after being charged with stealing two bottles of Hennessy and a soft drink from Massy Stores on Christmas Eve.

When Luther Badnock appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, he pleaded not guilty to stealing two bottles of Hennessy Cognac valued at EC$210 and one Fruta Cranberry and Raspberry juice valued at EC$5.50, a total of $215.50 from Massy Stores in Kingstown.

The Crown made no objection to his bail of $2,000 with one surety.

Badnock would reappear before the court on January 17, 2017. (AS)
