PI on Stubbs man accused of robbing villager set for February

The date for a preliminary inquiry (PI) has been set in a matter in which a 21-year-old Edinboro man is accused of robbing a Stubbs resident of in excess of US$1,100 at gunpoint.{{more}}

Ojay Guy is charged that on March 20, 2016 he, being armed with a gun, robbed Arthur Foster of Stubbs of one gold chain valued US$500, one black leather band Fossil watch valued at US$100, along with US$500 and EC$200 in cash and in order to do so, put Arthur Foster in fear of being then and there subjected to force.

The total value of Foster’s loss is US$1,100 and EC$200.

When Guy appeared at the Serious Offences Court yesterday, he was granted bail in the sum of $7,000.

The preliminary inquiry is scheduled for February 7, 2017. (AS)
