Browne-Matthias encourages young man to smoke less
After fining Desmond Richard $400 to be paid forthwith, Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne-Matthias encouraged the young man to smoke less.{{more}}
Browne-Matthias usually encourages persons who appear before her on drug charges to develop better habits, such as smoking less or even drinking tea to keep out of trouble.
On June 4, at Richmond Beach, Richardson was arrested for having in his possession 147 grams of cannabis.
Richards agreed with Browne-Matthias that he should smoke less. A destruction order for the drug was also made.(CA)
