Lewis was charged with maliciously and unlawfully wounding Christopher Menen; Patterson was charged with assaulting Sandra Menen; and Forde was charged with robbing Christopher Menen of EC$500, while armed with a gun.

The prosecution pleaded with Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne-Matthias to postpone the proceedings until police conclude investigations into other matters which they suspect the men may have information about.

Browne-Matthias granted the prosecution’s request and remanded the men into custody.(CA)
