Keron Hadaway, 23, was charged that on May 2, 2016 at Ottley Hall he had in his possession 69 rounds of .22 ammunition.

He was further charged that on that said date and place, he had in his possession seven rounds of .40 ammunition and 14 rounds of 5.56 ammunition without a licence, contrary to the Firearm Act.

Senior prosecutor Adolphus Delpesche made no objection to Hadaway’s bail; however, he requested that Hadaway surrender all travel documents and requested reporting conditions.

Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne-Matthias then granted bail in the sum of $20,000 with one surety.

Hadaway was ordered to surrender all travel documents and is not permitted to leave the state without the express permission by the court.

He was further ordered to report to the Central Police Station between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays.

Hadaway is expected to reappear before the court on May 12, 2016.
