This, after Mason pleaded guilty to stealing a quantity of groceries from Save-A-Lot supermarket, valued at $109.

On August 25, at about 1 p.m., an employee had been viewing the surveillance cameras when he saw the defendant walk into the supermarket with a diaper bag and begin placing powdered milk and other items into the bag.

Mason was then observed walking past the cashier without paying for the items.

She was stopped by the security guard and, following a search, the items were recovered from the bag. (KW)
