“Man, officer you can’t see ah weed, how much you think you go charge me for it?”

He was fined $800 to be paid in one month or in default, will spend four months in jail.

According to the facts, at about 4:30 p.m. last Friday, Ragguette was at the wharf when he was approached at Gate 5 by a police officer who had become suspicious of Ragguette.

The officer requested a search on his person, but nothing illegal was found. A further search conducted on Ragguette’s bag discovered two brown packages, which when cut open, contained the controlled substance.(CT)
