On Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Park Hill, King alleges that two officers came to a house where he was and informed him that a warrant was out for his arrest.

He further alleges that while he was in handcuffs, he was shot in his left leg.

Searles’ suspension took effect from March 16. He is being represented by attorney Ronald Marks.

The matter was adjourned to May 21, 2015 for hearing. (KW)
