Ken Thomas slapped with two criminal charges, granted $15,000 bail

Businessman Kenrick “Ken” Thomas is now on $15,000 bail, after being slapped with two criminal charges.{{more}}

Thomas appeared at the Serious Offences Court yesterday, but was not allowed to plead to the charges which were indictable.

He is charged with handling stolen goods and counselling Erwin Caine of South Rivers to commit the offence of burglary.

The offences are alleged to have been committed between March 2, 2010 and June 3, 2012, at Arnos Vale, at the home of Evelyn Jackson.

SEARCHLIGHT understands that the items stolen amount to over $70,000.

Chief Magistrate Rechanne Browne-Matthias ordered Thomas to report to the Calliaqua Police Station on Mondays. The matter was adjourned to January 29, 2015 for hearing.
