A release from the St Vincent and the Grenadines Bar Association said the judges, both of whom have been assigned in an acting capacity, are Rajiv Persad, attorney at law, who would act as High Court Judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court from May 9 to July 31, 2014, and Her Ladyship Justice Esco Henry, whose assignment runs from May 2 to July 31, 2014.

“The SVG Bar Association remains hopeful that the Judicial and Legal Services Commission will assign 3 full-time Judges to this jurisdiction by September 2014. The Bar Association has also been informed that Justice Bruce-Lyle will be available to hear urgent applications during the long August holidays,” the release said.
