Harry, a labourer, appeared at the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday and was not allowed to plea to the charge that was laid indictably.

It is alleged that at about 9:20 p.m. on April 19, the men were involved in an argument, which led to the deceased being chopped to the back of his neck with a cutlass.

Magistrate Rechanne Browne-Matthias transferred the matter to the Serious Offences Court for hearing on July 28, 2014.
