Troumaca man on gun and ammunition charges

Troumaca resident Iraul Murray was granted $11,000 bail after appearing at the Serious Offences Court on gun and ammunition charges.{{more}}

Murray pleaded not guilty on Monday to having a .38 revolver and two rounds of ammunition in his possession, at Fitz Hughes on March 7.

He also pleaded not guilty to possession of 66 grams of marijuana.

Chief Magistrate Sonya Young ordered Murray to report to the Rose Hall police station on Fridays between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

He was also ordered to surrender his travel documents.

The matter is set for hearing on June 30.
