The matter was adjourned on Tuesday by Senior Magistrate Donald Browne, shortly after John commenced his cross-examination.

Williams is charged with attempted damage to property and that within the precincts of the House of Assembly, he behaved in a manner in which a breach of peace was likely to be occasioned on January 28, 2011.

At the time in question, the NDP was holding a protest march against the introduction of two pieces of legislation in the Parliament.

Attorney Andreas Coombs appears in the matter on Williams’ behalf.(KW)
