Barvin Williams pleaded guilty to entering St Vincent and the Grenadines and disembarking without the consent of an immigration officer on September 19, 2012 at Fancy.

The court heard that police officers spotted Williams walking along the Dubois public road. He was questioned by officers and Williams told officers that he was from Fancy.

However, on hearing his accent, Williams was taken into custody and it was discovered that he had come into the country illegally.

He also told the court that he was supposed to go to his girlfriend’s house, but when he got there, another man was already at the house, so he left.(KW)
