Man charged with Patterson’s murder makes first appearance in court

Ellsworth Williams, a 48-year-old labourer of Campden Park, made his first appearance at the Serious Offences Court on Wednesday, after being charged with the murder of 32-year-old Raphael Patterson.{{more}}

The incident leading to Patterson’s death occurred on August 1 at Campden Park. Patterson died at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital on August 16.

Williams appeared in court and was remanded in custody until November 16, when the preliminary inquiry is expected to begin. (DD)
