The men will know whether they would be tried summarily or are indictable for being in possession of 1,706 pounds of cannabis.

Joel Erad Payne, 50; Shawn Boucher, 36; Ryan Corbin, 35; and Devon Hurdle, 38, appeared in court on Monday for a third time for a further update on the case.

Law enforcement agents nabbed the men on July 13, at Fancy Point.

Reports say a vessel, “Rolling Deeper”, was intercepted in a joint operation between the local and Barbadian coastguards.
