Williams was at the time speaking at the close of the criminal assizes earlier this week.
âI donât think we have to wait until another person loses their life in a Pitbull attack; these things need to be dealt with soon.
Expanding on Williamsâ point, High Court judge Frederick Bruce-Lyle said it is frightening when one goes to the beach to have a peaceful swim and encounter âthese horrendous animalsâ.
âI donât know how people keep them as pets. I wish the authorities would listen to Mr Carl Williams seriously and do something about it. You canât even go for a walk in your neighbourhood with these animals let loose…,â Bruce-Lyle said.
