Gordon, also known as ‘Wally’ and originally from Bequia, was found dead at his Redemption Sharpes home, on January 23, 2009 with stab wounds to the neck.

He bled to death because of a ruptured jugular vein.

At the time of his death, the 38-year-old was a maintenance technician employed in Mustique.

Between March 21 and 23 of this year, Chief Magistrate Sonya Young presided over the hearing, which heard testimonies from medical experts, police investigators, family members and friends.

The shroud of mystery which hung over the passing of the father of five was finally lifted when four of the five jurors retuned their verdict, at the Serious Offences Court in Kingstown.
