PI of Ernesto ‘Spiderman’ Neptune continues January 23

The Preliminary Inquiry into the murder of Ernesto ‘Spiderman’ Neptune will continue on January 23 at the Serious Offences Court.{{more}}

The matter got underway yesterday and heard over seven witnesses give testimony in the matter, where Cyprian Caine of Byera is accused of causing the death of Neptune on July 2, 2011.

Neptune, 35, was severely chopped about his body, losing his right arm and right leg in the process. It is alleged that the incident took place shortly after 9:00 pm outside of a shop in Byera.

Dr Tracy Barnard confirmed to the court that Neptune died as a result of multiple chop wounds to the body.

Attorney Arthur Williams represents Caine in the matter, while Prosecutor Adolphus Delpesche leads the case for the prosecution.
