Toney pleads not guilty to gun possession

Jeff Toney, a 24 year-old labourer of Belmont, was granted $8,000 bail after pleading not guilty to gun possession.{{more}}

He appeared before Chief Magistrate Sonya Young on November 15, at the Serious Offences Court, and was charged for having a .22 revolver at Vermont on November 18, 2011.

He was ordered to report to the Calliaqua Police Station on Mondays.

The matter is adjourned to December 15, 2011.
