Acosta out on $13,000 bail for gun, ammo possession

Campden Park resident Andy Acosta is now out on $13,000 bail after pleading not guilty to gun and ammunition possession charges on Monday, November 21, at the Serious Offences Court.{{more}}

Acosta, 23, was charged with possession of a .380 pistol and four rounds of .32 ammunition.

The incident is alleged to have taken place on November 19 at Campden Park.

When he appeared in court, Chief Magistrate Sonya Young made an order that Acosta surrender all his travel documents and that he report to the Questelles Police Station on Mondays between 6am and 6pm.

The matter is adjourned to December 15, 2011.
