St Lucian charged with unlawful sex with a child
A 26 year-old labourer of St Lucia/Carriere has been remanded in custody after being charged with stealing and carrying away a seven-year-old in February this year.{{more}}
Jonathon Browne appeared at the Kingstown Magistrateâs Court on October 26, 2011, and was not required to plea to the indictable charge.
He was also charged earlier this year for having unlawful sex with the child.
The matter has transferred to the Family Court for hearing.
