Henry granted $10,000 bail for unlawful sex
Alderman Henry, 45, a labourer of Calder, was granted $10,000 bail after appearing at the Kingstown Magistrateâs Court on an unlawful sex charge.{{more}}
He was not required to plea to the indictable charge when he went before Senior Magistrate Donald Browne on Monday, August 22.
Henry was charged for having sex with a girl under the age of 14, between March 10, 2008, and July 13, 2011.
The court ordered Henry to surrender all his travel documents and report to the Stubbs Police Station on Mondays and Fridays between 6am and 6pm.
The matter was transferred to the Family Court for September 15.
