Lewis out on bail for two counts of unlawful sex
Kenville Lewis, a labourer of Questelles, is now out on $10,500 bail after being slapped with two charges of unlawful sex.{{more}}
Lewis appeared at the Kingstown Magistrateâs Court on Wednesday, August 17, and was not allowed to plea to the charges that were laid indictable.
Lewis is charged with having sex with a girl under the age of 15 on August 14, 2011.
He was also charged with having sex with a girl under the age of 13 between April 1 and 30, 2010.
Lewis was ordered to report to the Questelles Police Station every Friday. The matter was adjourned to September 7, 2011, for hearing.
