Murder accused Odinga Foster to face High Court

Chief Magistrate at the Serious Offences Court Sonya Young, on Thursday, March 17, found that there was sufficient evidence for Foster to be tried before a judge and jury for the murder of Agassi Fraser.
The Preliminary Inquiry saw over 15 prosecution witnesses called to testify in the matter.
Fraserâs body was discovered on October 10, 2009, lying face down in the Arnos Vale River, after he had been reported missing two days earlier.
His disappearance was reported on Friday, October 9, the same day a $60,000 ransom was demanded.
A post mortem examination, done by Dr.Ronald Child, determined that the cause of Fraserâs death was multiple blunt force wounds to the head.
Lawyer, Station Sergeant Colin John of the Director of Prosecutionâs Office led the Crownâs case, while Kay Bacchus-Browne represented Foster.
