Hooper out on $20,000 bail
A Petit Bordel man was granted bail in the sum of $20,000 after pleading not guilty to discharging a firearm at an Rapid Response Unit (RRU) officer.{{more}}
William Hooper will return to court on May 26 to answer to the charges laid against him.
In addition, Hooper pleaded not guilty to possession of a 12 gauge shot gun.
The incident is alleged to have taken place on February 4, 2011, at the Roseau Mountains in Petit Bordel.
