Arrest made two years after Georgetown resident’s death

Two years after Georgetown resident Kenroy Hull was killed in a motor vehiclular accident at Georgetown, an arrest has been made in relation to his death.{{more}}

Garry Harry, 27, a chauffeur of Park Hill, was brought before the Serious Offences Court on January 26, 2011, charged for causing the death of Hull, 42.

Harry, being the driver of motor vehicle HR 857, is alleged to have the caused Hull’s death by driving the vehicle in a dangerous manner along the Georgetown public road on November 8, 2009.

At the time of his death, Hull was walking along the Georgetown main road when he was struck by the minibus.

Harry was granted bail in the sum of $25,000 with one surety. He was ordered to surrender all travel documents and report to the Georgetown Police Station every Wednesday between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

The matter was adjourned to May 25, 2011.
