Parsons and McCree plead not guilty for cocaine

Just one week after two persons were charged with cocaine possession, two more persons appeared before the Serious Offences Court for the same offence.{{more}}

David Parsons of Green Hill and Desmund McCree of Calliaqua were charged with the possession of 326 grams of cocaine when they appeared before Chief Magistrate Sonya Young on Monday, September 27, 2010. Both men were also charged with attempting to import the same quantity of drug. They pleaded not guilty to both charges.

Young ordered bail of $10,000 with one surety. The men were also ordered to surrender all travel documents and to report to the Central Police Station and the Calliqua Police Station three times per week. The case was adjourned to January 31, 2010.
