Delpesche granted $15,000 bail on gun, ammo possession
A Mt.Pleasant man will return to court on October 5, 2010, to answer charges of gun and ammunition possession.{{more}}
Daniel Delpesche, of Mt.Pleasant, pleaded not guilty to having in his possession, an unlicensed firearm and one round of nine millimetre ammunition when he appeared at the Serious Offences Court on Monday, July 12, 2010.
The prosecution did not object to Delpescheâs bail and Chief Magistrate Sonya Young granted him bail in the sum of $15,000 with one surety.
He was ordered to report to the Mesopotamia Police Station on Mondays and Fridays between 6a.m. and 6p.m.
