10 more witnesses to take the stand in May’s case
Some ten additional witnesses are expected to testify in the case involving the death of Cuthbert âCuttyâ May, formerly of Gibson Corner.{{more}}
The Preliminary Inquiry into Mayâs death began on Thursday, June 3, 2010, at the Serious Offences Court.
Twenty-year-old Hadaway, was charged with the death of May on Monday, November 30, 2009, at the Kingstown Magistrateâs Court.
So far, the prosecution has presented three witnesses.
May died on the morning of October 14, 2009, at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital after he succumbed to a single gun shot wound to the left side of his back.
The case was adjourned to July 28, 2010. Hadaway is represented by Lawyer Grant Connell.
