‘Bondo’ back in jail

Carlo “Bondo” Free has been sentenced to nine months in prison after pleading guilty to marijuana possession.{{more}}

Free, a resident of Sion Hill, appeared at the Serious Offences Court on Tuesday, April 20, charged with possession of 6,583 grams of cannabis.

The facts in the matter stated that Free went to the Grenadines Wharf with a box in his possession. Upon reaching at the entrance gate, a port police officer requested a search on the box. The search revealed eight transparent packages with materials resembling cannabis.

Free told the court that he was not working and he does “a lil ting” from time to time to support his family.(KW)
