Browne voiced his disapproval during the sitting of the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court on Monday, April 12, and again on Tuesday, April 13, 2010.

Speaking to the court, Browne said that although St. Vincent is made up of all types of ethniticies, only the black men are coming to court.

“I don’t see any other ethniticies coming to court…what has happened to us,” Browne asked. “Is you youngsters who are bringing this country upside down.”

Browne added that in his five years in sitting at the Kingstown Magistate’s Court, it is mainly black men and boys coming to court.

“Where are the Indian boys, the Mullatos, the White boys…only you are here.”(OS)
