Adrian Williams was charged with shooting Trimmingham in his right leg on January 20, 2010.

When he appeared at the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court on April 3, prosecutor Station Sergeant Glenford Gregg objected to Williams’ bail on the grounds that a firearm was used and he had been on the run from the police for sometime. He also stated that the gun allegedly used to commit the crime had been found, but Williams denied ownership.

The matter was adjourned to April 14 to the Mesopotamia Court, where Williams can apply for bail.(KW)
