Bobb, 27, also of Park Hill, was charged with two offences. He was charged with having in his possession one RG10 .22 revolver, serial number 676620 and six rounds of .22 ammunition without a license. Bobb pleaded not guilty to both offences.

Prosecutor Inspector Nigel Butcher objected to bail for Bobb, stating that the offences were very serious and that he would not return to court on the scheduled date.

Chief Magistrate Sonya Young, however, granted Bobb composite bail with one surety. He was also ordered to report to the Canouan Police Station every week on Mondays and Fridays between 6 am and 6 pm. He was also ordered to surrender all travel documents. The matter was adjourned to October 8, 2009, at the Serious Offences Court. (OS)
