Mitigating on his own behalf, Samuel told the court that he was living at someone’s home when the police came and found the gun. “To tell you the truth, you know, miss, is somebody place I live in and me ain’t even been know the gun was there. Me ain’t really war get nobody in trouble, so I go plead guilty for it and done,” Samuel explained.

The facts read in court revealed that on January 10, 2009, Samuel was taken up by the police after it was heard that he was threatening people with the gun. A search warrant was obtained and the gun was found at his residence at Redemption Sharpes.
