Man gets bail for firearm and ammo possession

32-year-old Everett Bynoe, of Belmont, pleaded not guilty on Monday when he appeared at the Serious Offences Court for having in his possession a double barrel firearm and 2 rounds of 12-gauge ammunition without a license.{{more}}

Bynoe was granted bail of $15,000 with one surety and was requested to report to the Calliaqua Police Station on Monday and Friday between 6am and 6pm until his matter is heard on January 22, 2009. Byone was sentenced to 14 months imprisonment in 2004 on a similar charge. He was represented by Lawyer Ronald Marks. (VM)
