Man bailed on 2 rape charges
Alex Archibald, a 19-year-old man from Yambou, was on Tuesday brought before the Kingstown Magistrateâs Court on two counts of rape. He was released on bail.{{more}}
Archibald was charged with having sex with a girl under the age of 13 at Yambou on May 9, 2008. He was also charged with having sex with another girl under the age of 13 between April 1 and 30, 2008.
He appeared before Senior Magistrate Donald Browne and was ordered to surrender his travel documents. (KW)
