Two years for ganja

Two men will call Her Majestyâs Prison home for the next two years after being sentenced on a drug possession charge.{{more}}

Ivan Sylvester, 42, farmer of Belmont and Bernard Henry, 36, labourer of Queens Drive pleaded guilty at the Serious Offences Court on Friday, April 11th, 2008, to possession of 24,970 grams (55 pounds) of cannabis with intent to supply.

Reports state that police went to the home of the defendants to execute a search warrant where the drugs were found. (KW)
