May was charged with aggravated burglary after it was alleged that he entered the dwelling house of Claren Brackin of Sandy Bay with a cutlass.

It was stated that on December 13, the woman’s 15-year-old daughter was home alone when the defendant entered the house and demanded sex from her, but she said no.

The next day May approached the girl while she was on her way to school, and asked her “What kind of things you calling up my name in?”

Magistrate Browne told May that when a woman says no, the she means no. The matter was adjourned to January 11, 2008. (KW)
