Police confirmed that Adams died in Trinidad, where he had gone to seek medical attention, last week Friday.

Adams, along with his employee Vandyke Charles, was sprayed with a hail of bullets in front of his house at Brighton on October 31, 2007 around 8 p.m. Two gunmen are said to have opened fire on the men after they alighted Adams’ truck.

Charles was also shot in both legs. Police are continuing investigations into the matter. (KW)
