No arrest in Ottley Hall shooting

Up to press time on Tuesday no one had been arrested for the shooting death of Sean Baptiste, a 22 year-old labourer of Ottley Hall.

Baptiste was the victim of a single gunshot wound to the left side of his chest. {{more}}

According to reports by Police, at about 9.15 a.m. on March 1, 2007 at Ottley Hall, the deceased had an altercation with an unknown named man while standing on the public road at Ottley Hall.

He was taken to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Baptiste is the country’s third gunshot victim and fourth homicide. Investigations are still continuing into the matter.
